About the Role

Implement Spirit's Culture and DE&I initiatives and activities that interact readily and effectively with Global Site DE&I councils, employee business resource groups, and functional teams. Provide oversight and advocate for these groups; align and support their strategic impact on the organization.
Serve as a change agent, consultant, thought leader, influencer & subject matter expert on diversity, equity, and inclusion-related issues.
In collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence & Business Leaders, develop and implement specific diversity objectives and business plans to align enterprise DE&I initiatives with the site/function action plans & metrics, focusing on the leadership, talent & workplace.
Serve as the enterprise DE&I focal for employee business resource groups.
Embed DE&I into all aspects of talent and performance management processes in partnership with HR.
In partnership with the Executive DE&I Council Leader, co-facilitate and co-lead DE&I Exec Champion Team and Diversity Recruiting Steering Team.
Drive local engagement initiatives with relevant external organizations, thought leaders, partners & vendors.
Align DE&I community engagements with the global community engagement strategy.
Partner with marketing and communications to ensure DE&I is reflected in the workplace and business activities, including marketing materials, suppliers/vendors & community-facing efforts.
Measure and manage the company's global DE&I metrics, prepare required reporting, and brief business and HR Leaders.
Facilitate opportunities for staff training, collaborate with human resources (HR) to enhance recruitment, hiring, promotion, and retention of diverse candidates, and provide support in recruitment events.
Maintain knowledge of current and emerging developments/trends for DE&I, assess the impact, and collaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies.
Serve as an expert in providing DE&I educational programs to the employee population in alignment with the global leadership and development strategy
Build relationships with leaders, stakeholders & HR colleagues to create connections, provide resources and drive ongoing DE&I-related messages throughout the organization.
Collaborate with the communications team to create communications to increase DE&I awareness in alignment with the global DE&I Communications strategy
Recommend & implement best practices for DE&I action planning; partner with the business to ensure accountability for follow-up.
Establish tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate initiatives' impact and return on investment; develop reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations for program enhancement and improvement


Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field is required.
3-5 years of Project and/or Program Management, specifically with DE&I or change management methodologies and tools
3-5 years of experience implementing cross-functional and company-wide initiatives
Experience with a proven record of achievement in driving DE&I, corporate culture, and employee engagement initiatives
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Proven ability to influence in a highly matrixed, complex environment.
Strong strategic aptitude; confirmed ability to create business strategy and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Demonstrated commitment to serving underrepresented populations/communities representing a range of social, economic, cultural, ideological, racial, and/or ethnic backgrounds also required
