About the Role
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team is responsible for working across the business to design and support our Enterprise DE&I strategy, partnering deeply with C-suite executes to drive impactful change across four pillars: Our People, Social Justice, Health Equity and Business Growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of DEI, the DEI Business Partner, Equitable Design & Learning will serve as a knowledgeable, trusted advisor to our business leaders and functional partners to ensure we create an empowering professional home for employees from underrepresented backgrounds. You will provide subject matter expertise, research, and consultation to key partners as we weave DE&I principles and practices across our learning and development, talent management, communications, feedback collection, and talent mobility approaches. You will leverage cutting-edge research on equitable process design, academic knowledge, experience with organizational change, data analysis and survey design skills, and exceptional communication skills to design and drive the integration of DE&I principles and practices across the business. Success will stem from the ability to partner and integrate DEI at the enterprise and Business Unit levels by partnering closely functional and business leaders.

In this role, you will:
Drive successful alignment among stakeholders and influence business leaders in order to implement best practices to ensure we reach our diversity, equity and inclusion commitments
Ensure Business Unit-level diversity-related recruiting priorities are launched on time, within budget, and within the designated scope
Develop and track success metrics, and leverage feedback to constantly improve our approaches to learning, communication, and employee engagement from an equity lens
Develop and execute strategies to augment DE&I skillset, heartset, and mindset for leaders at all levels and increase the engagement and retention of employees from underrepresented backgrounds.
Partner with our Talent Design & Strategy teams to map the employee journey end to end with an DE&I lens, and consult on the design of our talent management process to ensure equitable treatment across pay, performance management, hiring, and mobility practices
Work with HR Business Partners and business leaders to Incorporate equity-focused practices and processes into all aspects of the employee life cycle
Facilitate workshops on workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics
Partner with Organization Development & Learning team to design, develop and execute appropriate and impactful DEI learning journeys for employees at all levels
Use learning evaluation strategies to consistently measure and improve learning outcomes
Your Knowledge & Experience
5-7 years of experience working at the intersection of research, organizational change, and learning/process design
Advanced degree in field related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (e.g., Sociology, Critical Race Studies, Gender & Sexuality Studies, Political Science, Anthropology, Psychology)
Deep academic, professional, and lived experience working on root causes of inequity in organizations
Track record of successfully leveraging research insights and knowledge to design equitable practices and processes within an organizational setting
Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating customized workshops and enterprise-wide training on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics
Experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy, and partnering with others execute that strategy at a tactical level
Successful track record of working well under pressure and adapting to changing priorities and can work successfully in a fast paced, rapidly transforming and results oriented environment
Excellent strategic planning skills, solutions-focus, creative problem-solving capability, project management skills and drives for results
Strong team player with an ability to balance personal needs with those of his / her team and the company overall
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly review documents for historical context, language accuracy, and audience needs
Strong presentation to build support and sponsorship of initiatives and collaboration among stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with autonomy
