This DIBs Strategy Partner role, the first of its kind at LinkedIn, would report to our VP of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and serve in a strategic advisory capacity, partnering with HRBPs, TA, and business leaders to develop and operationalize D&I strategy, identify areas of need, and influence adoption of key programs and initiatives.

In this role you will:

Build & lead a team of DIBs Strategy Partners to scale our strategic advisory practice enterprise-wide

Help the Engineering organization learn how to operationalize on its DIBs vision and capitalize on opportunities and resources along the way

Support and consult on DIBs strategy and development, scoping and framing for VP- and Dir- level organizations.

Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted thought partner on DIBs topics for HRBP, ER, other GTO collaborators, as well as business leaders

Serve as a strategic advisor and coach for HRBP and people leaders at VP-level

Implement and influence change management for DIBs programs, in collaboration with other GTO partners

Serve as primary liaison to DIBs team for questions and requests from the business

Advise functional tiger teams, ensuring alignment between bespoke initiative work and DIBs team philosophy & strategy

As required by C.R.S. § 8-5-201(2): (Colorado only) The minimum pay for this role is $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Basic qualifications

10 years of work experience, with previous people management experience

Experince in advisory/consulting

Experience with operationalizing a strategic vision

Previous experience working with Engineering organizations

Preferred Qualifications

Strong subject matter expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion

Strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build relationships, manage stakeholder expectations and influence employees across all levels of the company

Ability to prioritize among many initiatives to focus on most important work

Ability to communicate and align on priorities with stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Experience with change management across large organizations, pertaining to both processes and culture

Experience building, leading, and scaling initiatives in a matrixed organization

Experience with large and small group facilitation

Experience with coaching & developing leaders

Background and familiarity with HR functional areas

Comfortable managing through ambiguity

Knowledge of and connections to partners and other practitioners in the DIBs space

Experience with leading a DEI function or similar
