We’re hiring a Program Manager for Indeed’s Employer Brand and Recruitment Advertising team within Talent Attraction to develop and execute recruiting events, partnerships/sponsorships and programs with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B). This is an opportunity for you to be part of a new team to support Indeed’s hiring needs and company growth.

Partnering across multiple teams globally such as Talent Attraction, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and throughout our business, you’ll have an opportunity to attract and engage the best talent to Indeed with a heightened focus on DI&B.

Define and manage an events strategy, calendar, processes and program for virtual and in-person experiences
Partner with multiple stakeholders to create original events programming and execute creative and effective campaigns that attract diverse audiences and drive attendance
Identify and engage with key partner networks, as well as vet and select sponsorship opportunities aligned with attracting key audiences
Align with and contribute to regional hiring needs and understand in-market nuances
Recommend, vet and manage relationships and contracts with external vendors
Collaborate and proactively communicate with project stakeholders and internal partners like Talent Attraction, DI&B/ESG, Inclusion Resource Groups and throughout various business areas to define event objectives, requirements, scope, timing, and budgets
Assemble cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and communicating expected responsibilities, deliverables and timelines
Collect and analyze to measure the impact of events and sponsorships
Efficiently manage allocated budget and resources

Required Experience:
7+ years of professional experience in an event management and/or marketing function in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to quickly and accurately absorb new information
Track record of successfully managing the full project lifecycle, which includes the ability to scope/define a project and launch to all globally impacted groups
Demonstrated expertise and passion towards Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
Broad and deep understanding of events management, marketing, sponsorships and lead generation
Experience coordinating the work of meeting planners, content developers, speakers, designers, creative services and vendors
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, including at the executive and team levels
Expert skills in managing internal and external partnerships, including senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Understanding of global recruiting, compliance and candidate/consumer best practices
Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor others

CMP, CSEP, CMM certification(s) a plus.
