About the Role

* Support IC EEO Council and National Intelligence Professional Awards (NIPA) programs
* Provides project support for the interagency mission of the IC EEOD Council, to include interactions with IC elements Council representatives, scheduling community sessions, meetings, and briefings; preparing agendas and visit requests; communicating with senior level IC representatives
* Supports planning and execution of government IC EEOD workshops, seminars, conferences, and symposia related to IC EEOD strategic initiatives
* Researches, writes/edits, collaborates on, and performs the initial review of time­ sensitive information, correspondence, papers, policy, and briefing materials in response to taskings and action items from internal and external sources
* Coordinates, compiles, and organizes all essential information and materials to assist Senior Executives in the execution of daily mission objectives
* Supports the Chief, IC EEOD in preparations for community meetings as well as scheduling, preparing agenda, and supporting monthly IC EEOD Council Executive meetings and other meetings as requested
* Supports the administration of select government Awards program nominations process, vetting, and delivery of the annual awards
* Prepares packages for award board deliberations, reviews nominations for correctness and completeness and coordinates/manages annual award ceremony logistics
* Orders, inventories, and distributes IC Awards to authorized recipients
* Maintains record-keeping, correspondence, and follow-on actions for all aspects of official award program
* Reviews, comments, and coordinates draft regulations, policies, and documents impacting IC EEOD Professional Awards Program
* Assists in other matters that contribute to the success of the NIPA management and planning, to include facilitating necessary approvals for awards ceremonies, awards program/ceremony announcements internally as well as across the IC, tracking RSVPs, designing programs and planning agenda
* Interfaces with government stakeholders with DEI/EEO as reqd, 18 IC Agencies, other task order PMs, DEIA Lead, Advocacy Lead

Requirements

Requires 0 to 3 years with BS/BA or 6 to 9 years with no degree.



Contract Specific Qualifications:

Ability to provide project support for the interagency mission of the IC EEOD Council, to include interactions with stakeholders, scheduling community sessions, meetings, and briefings; preparing agendas and visit requests; communicating with senior level IC representatives
Demonstrated experience with DEIA-related Processes/Activities to include: Workshop/meeting facilitation/organization, Writing reports, Communications
Proven competency with MS Office, COTS Data tools to assess EEO Complaints, Surveys, request for information
Requires TS/SCI with Poly level clearance

Colorado Salary Minimum: $35,734.40
Colorado Salary Maximum:$76,377.60
