About the Role

Our opportunity:
We are currently looking to add to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion staff in our Talent Acquisition function. We know and value the importance of attracting, retaining, and advancing a diverse workforce and you will be pivotal in supporting our executives with our diversity initiatives around the globe. You will have the opportunity to interact with our global leaders and make a significant impact. You will lead us on our journey to achieving a most diversified culture, liaising with your TA peers for identifying sourcing channels, employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts and especially being our eyes, ears, and voice in our internal ERGs.


Your involvement and responsibilities (just to name a few):
Ownership and oversight of our various diversity initiatives
Help develop 5-year strategic diversity hiring plan for our business
Represent our business at various staff discussions and external events as necessary
Determine and develop plans for achieving the long- and short-term goals of our DEI programs and projects
Develop recommendations for program improvements based on your research and trends identified
Help establish a method(s) to track the success of (y)our initiatives and analyze key metrics, analytics and KPI's
In collaboration with team members, serve as subject matter expert, serving as a resource to provide guidance to Talent Acquisition, People & Organization, hiring managers and leaders

Your success factors:
Possession of the below traits will be needed to leverage success in this role:

Proven experience in diversity initiatives – grassroots, channels and events, universities, research, etc.
Positive relationship building and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of tech industry evolutions and emerging best practices – teach us!
Capable of cross functional collaboration and driving horizontal strategy across multiple subsegment areas
A passion for the topic and pride in your work and leading the charge!
