You will help us formulate and drive a DEI strategy for our organization in North America that will create a thriving environment where people feel comfortable to be their authentic selves. You will join our KONE family and report to the Senior VP of HR for KONE Americas with 10+ years of successful transformational leadership, with 5+ years focusing on DEI strategy, that has delivered positive results in a similar organization. Through your effective use of metrics, collaborating with stakeholders, developing impactful programs and leading our DEI Steering Committee in KONE Americas with sound market intelligence - you will help us achieve our vision!
