About the Role
This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:
Subject matter expert in diversity and inclusion acumen with strong knowledge of internal and external diversity trends, benchmarks and legal developments impacting policy and the ability to attract and retain talent.
Drive the execution of organizational priorities with mastery of understanding data insights and problem solving.
Utilize a broad professional network across the industry; the ability to quickly establish credibility and working relationships with internal and external executive leaders.
Collaborate with HR business partners, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, talent development and legal functions to embed diversity strategies into all programs and activities in the employee lifecycle.
Put together plans and detailed talent work with HR partners focused on talent development to grow diversity representation in leadership.
Partner with talent acquisition to develop strategic sourcing and diversity recruiting efforts to increase the souring and pipeline of diverse talent for Intel.
Develop action plans and drive results to make annual progress on Intel GDI goals. Identify roadblocks, develop solutions, introduce creative solutions and partner with other HR leaders to meet goals globally.
Conduct annual review of progress against Intel's diversity and inclusion goals and other external and internal GDI commitments.
Work closely with HR Compliance team, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and Legal to complete annual required filings and develop required action plans and communication materials to support.
Leadership of Intel's Employee Resource Groups strategy, setting expectations and engagement to drive community and Intel's business goals while creating standardization.
Partner with the marketing and communications team to build and execute ongoing internal stakeholder management and communication plans.
Manage all staff activities including regular operational staff meetings as well as cross-group meetings, open forums meetings and events.
Lead Intel's external DEI engagements. Serve as a representative on various internal and external engagements.
Be an active contributing member of the HR Global Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact leadership team.
Drive special projects as required.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of HR, Management and/or related experience with at least 5+ years driving diversity and inclusion initiatives with a focus on org representation and inclusion for organizational success.
Expert at analyzing and applying situational leadership in a changing business landscape.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to assess processes and outcomes by establishing solid metrics of performance.
Relationship-oriented leader who is able to navigate delicate issues with discretion across all Intel businesses and drive change cross-organizationally in often matrixed team environment while working with a diverse range of styles, experiences, cultures, personalities and leadership styles
Robust data driven and analytical skills to be able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover key insights and trends and make recommendations for tangible results and improvement.
Inspirational coach, leader, colleague and culture champion within the company
Skilled at identifying and optimizing areas of ongoing concern within the business (both structurally and operationally)
Credible and savvy businessperson who will be perceived as a trusted consultant and functional expert in the area of diversity and inclusion.
Proven track record of active engagement and reputation with the under-represented and diverse communities
Experience leading a global team/working in a geo and global diversity and inclusion acumen
Business HR integration experience desired
Demonstrated experience in public speaking and excellent communication, including written, verbal, and in presentation

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.

The Senior Director Global Diversity and Inclusion (GDI) reports to the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDIO) and VP of Social Impact and is responsible for the daily operations, people management and execution of Intel's GDI roadmap.
The Senior Director Global Diversity and Inclusion will provide strategic insight to the CDIO with an emphasis on integrating Diversity and Inclusion into all aspects of process, systems, and policies to drive accelerated business results and sustain them successfully. The role will require tight collaboration across HR partners, Business Unit leaders, and organizational leadership team to evaluate all programs, make directional changes when needed, and manage an operational budget. The role will work closely with key stakeholders across the corporation and externally to deploy change management strategies and interventions to implement a sustaining culture of inclusion that embrace diverse perspectives and is well positioned to maintain results. The role will partner across all aspects of HR and the business units to ensure diversity, inclusion and retention is integral to the success of the corporation and integrated across the employee, manager, and leader lifecycle.
